Hello! My name is Lucy Alejandro, and I am a 17 year old foodie with two passions: food and science. And where on earth did the name Chou Chef come from? Since I was a baby, my mother has nicknamed me "mon petit chou," which loosely translates to "my little puff/cabbage." She still calls me this to this day!

In addition to my own downloadable recipes, I share companion guides to my favorite online recipes as well as nerdy facts - the biochemistry, mechanics, and nutrition - about the foods you love to eat!
